The Pier View

For a historic building in downtown Oceanside, CA, we were tasked with creating a design to invigorate the underutilized corner suite and second floor.
This project proposed removing the metal cladding that hid the 1930’s historic character of the original building, showcasing the original ornamental detail. We took advantage of the existing roof and proposed a roof deck that can be permitted for a restaurant, cafe or bar setting capturing ocean breezes.
