The Bluebird Building

Located in the Eden Gardens community of Solana Beach, this historically recognized building was built in the 1920’s and has been a home, a Mexican café, and a convenience store. The building has been remodeled and added on to over the years. Today it is the headquarters of T7 Architecture, Inc. T7 lead a cost conscious tenant improvement to create an open, creative office environment which facilitates interaction across the team. As well the exterior was refreshed with new signage, landscape, lighting and paint scheme to bring new life to the building. Apart from housing architectural services, The Bluebird offers local business owners the ability to lease in a quiet, work oriented atmosphere near residential, commercial areas and the always- beckoning ocean. We are proud to call Eden Gardens home.
