A tenant improvement project in an existing concrete tilt up building in Carlsbad, CA developed from the client’s desire to have an open plan office for their national corporate headquarters. Programmatic requirements included; space for large corporate meetings, administrative offices, and video production featuring products and how-to athletic demos. Collaboration across all departments is achieved through the open plan aiding in proximity and adjacency.
