Cardiff Remodel and Addition

Project Description

Given a tight budget and an aggressive schedule, the clients requested a remodel and addition to modernize the existing 1980s home. A focus on a few key interventions as well as an exterior refresh give the house new life and further improve the indoor and outdoor Southern California living while maintaining privacy on a tight residential lot.
