Bell Ranch Addition & Remodel

This project consists of an addition and remodel to a home in need of more space for their family. Client priorities were to provide a formal entry, create a great room with a new kitchen, living and dining in an open floor plan, as well as provide a primary suite, an office and a spacious garage to store music equipment. With the significant refresh of the home exterior, the proposed landscape design will enhance the cape cod modern design of the home.
