This design proposal for the community of Barrio Logan, CA is a creative community hub directed to help perpetuate the small business sector in the area. The spaces are designed as live work units with the first floor as shop space and second floor living space. The plans vary and try to maximize on special elements including high roofs, balcony’s and open living plans. With views and close proximity of the Coronado Bridge, Chicano Park, retail and downtown San Diego, this location makes walking and commuting on a bike accessible and ecofriendly.
