Casa del Cumbre

Accessory dwelling units (ADU) are quickly becoming an answer to the growing housing shortage in San Diego and as the benefits of owning a property with one become more evident an influx of this dwelling type is becoming more common. This project proposes a 1,200 SF, two bedroom and one bathroom ADU in Solana Beach. The goal of the project was to create a jewel box of a home that maximized natural light and ocean breezes as well as to promote conviviality both inside and out.
