Andrew E. Crocker, AIA

PRINCIPAL

As founding principal of T7 Architecture, Inc., Andrew Crocker has been practicing architecture for more than twenty years. During this time he has worked on a variety of project types from residential, retail, creative office, restaurant, museum and healthcare. He has also had the opportunity to work in a variety of offices from small boutique firms to worldwide corporate architecture offices giving him a unique perspective on design, project management and project delivery. Past offices include Luce et Studio, Gensler, Don Olsen Associates and BFHL (recently merged with Harley Ellis Devereaux).

As an Architect, Andrew works closely with his clients to draw on their personal narratives and aesthetics to create site and client specific solution for each project. Warm, clean, and functional are design values that he brings to each and every project. His experience ranges from master planning, design, documentation through construction administration services, and he has processed permits through a variety of jurisdictions from the local to the state level.

In addition to his undergraduate work, Andrew received a Master of Real Estate Development for Architects from Woodbury University’s San Diego Campus. This unique educational blend gives him a balanced perspective of the cost/benefit of design and the business of architecture which he brings to each and every project.
In his spare time Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, hiking and skiing.
